Introduction

This refund policy is established to outline the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for services or products provided by Inverz Solutions Co., Ltd. under the name “Akrawanichsakul “ This policy aims to ensure transparency and fair protection of user rights. Refund Conditions

Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances :

  • The service or product was not provided as agreed.
  • System errors resulted in incomplete service delivery.
  • Cancellations made in accordance with the terms specified in the usage agreement or booking confirmation.

Note : Refund requests must be submitted within the stipulated timeframe and must not violate the terms of use.

Refund Request Timeframe

  • Users can submit refund requests within 7 business days from the date of the incident leading to the refund request.
  • Requests submitted after the specified timeframe may not be considered unless due to force majeure or legally valid reasons.

Full Refund

The company will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of services by the company for reasons unrelated to the user.
  • Services or products that cannot be delivered as agreed.

Partial Refund

The company may issue a partial refund in the following cases:

  • Service cancellation by the user in advance according to specified conditions.
  • Cases where the user has already received part of the service or product.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used in the initial transaction. The processing time varies based on the payment method as follows:

  • Credit / Debit Card :
    Refunds take approximately 14-60 days, depending on the policies of the bank or financial institution.
  • Bank Transfer :
    Refunds take approximately 5-10 business days after the refund request has been approved.


Notes :

  • The company will process the refund as soon as possible after receiving a complete and approved request. However, delays may occur due to financial institution procedures or the payment system selected by the user.
  • The company reserves the right to determine the refund method if the original payment method is unavailable.

Non-Refundable Conditions

The company reserves the right not to issue refunds in the following cases :

  • Last-minute cancellations beyond the specified timeframe.
  • Services or products that have already been used or are in an irreversible stage.
  • Cancellations resulting from user errors or violations of the terms of use.
  • Certain promotional products: Refunds for products or services under special promotions will be subject to the specific terms outlined in the promotion, and in some cases, may not be refundable.

Booking Cancellation

Booking cancellations must be made according to the conditions specified on the Akrawanichsakul website or in the booking confirmation. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in ineligibility for a refund.
